Please review the following information carefully before submitting your registration.

By registering for this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Purpose of the Course

This course is an educational program designed to provide knowledge and techniques related to tuning fork practices, as well as to support personal insight and self-development.

2. Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

This course is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

​If you have any physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

​

3. Scientific Understanding

Some of the concepts and practices presented in this course are based on traditional knowledge and practitioner experience and may not be fully scientifically established or validated.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences may vary. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

5. Personal Responsibility

Participation in this course and the use of any techniques taught are entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Practical Exercises and Physical Contact

During in-person sessions, practical exercises may involve light physical contact (such as positioning or technique guidance) under the instructor’s guidance.

All interactions should be conducted with mutual consent. You may decline or stop at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

7. Safety Considerations

You are responsible for monitoring your own physical and emotional condition and participating within your comfort level.

The instructor reserves the right to limit or discontinue participation if necessary for safety reasons.

8. Recording and Course Materials

Audio, video recording, or photography is permitted only with prior authorization.

All materials provided in this course are the intellectual property of Ao Akua LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Fees, Payment, Cancellation, and Product Purchases

Tuition must generally be paid in advance to confirm participation. Payment methods and deadlines are subject to the terms provided at the time of registration or as otherwise agreed.

Tuning forks, printed materials, and other products may be reserved in advance. Payment for these items will be collected when they are provided or according to a separately agreed payment arrangement.

Sales tax may be added to product purchases.

Tuning fork prices are subject to change based on market conditions and supplier costs. The final price will be provided before or at the time the tuning forks are delivered.

Tuition cancellations and refunds, as well as product reservations and purchases, are subject to the Reservation & Purchase Policy provided at the time of registration or to terms agreed upon separately.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ao Akua LLC is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from participation in this course.

Participants accept full responsibility for their own participation and use of the techniques provided.
