9. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ao Akua LLC is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from participation in this course.
Participants accept full responsibility for their own participation and use of the techniques provided.
